THE HUT IS CURRENTLY CLOSED.
We will be happy to welcome you again from the february 21st.
During seasonal closure (end september to mid february) Simond shelter, located 200m from the refuge, is opened but not staffed. Mattresses and blankets are provided. We thankyou to take care of the shelter and to take down your rubbish.

Cosmiques mountain hut
is the second highest mountain refuge in France! It’s located at 3,613 meters on the Col du Midi glacier in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. Open from mid-February to the end of September and accessible in less than an hour from the Aiguille du Midi, it serves as a strategic starting point for iconic climbs such as the Mont Blanc via the Three Monts, the Vallée Blanche, the Cosmiques Ridge, and many others.

NIGHT ALONE
There is no designated picnic area, but if there are empty tables, you can sit in the dining room and enjoy your picnic. (Please note: the camping stove is for use on the terrace only.)

VIP ROOM
In addition to half-board, you have the option to book a private room with a double bed (maximum 2 people).
